Bad hangover

I started using Somnapure and after a week I started waking up with a headache every morning and I would feel rough all through the morning. I tried taking one pill every other night but I got the same effect. Now I am back to staying up till 3 or 4 am or until I am so tired to go straight to bed and hopefully fall asleep. Most night I do not sleep at all. What is wrong?
